Offers and Service Descriptions

The presentation of products and services in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to submit an order.

Descriptions of services on the website, as well as in catalogs, brochures, or other printed materials, do not constitute any guarantee or warranty.

All offers are valid “while stocks last,” unless otherwise stated. Errors and omissions are reserved.

Ordering Process and Conclusion of Contract

The customer may select products from the online store without obligation and submit a binding offer to purchase by clicking the “Order with Payment” button.

The contract shall be concluded upon confirmation by the Seller.

In the case of payment by bank transfer, the contract shall be concluded once the bank details are provided and the payment request is issued.

If payment is not received within 10 calendar days after the order confirmation has been sent, despite a reminder, the Seller reserves the right to withdraw from the contract. In such case, the order shall be considered cancelled without further obligations for either party.

Prices

All prices displayed on the Seller’s website include the applicable statutory value-added tax (VAT).

Payment Terms

The customer may choose from the available payment methods during the ordering process.

If third-party payment service providers (e.g., PayPal) are used, their respective terms and conditions shall apply.

The customer shall only have a right of set-off if counterclaims have been legally established or expressly acknowledged by the Seller.

Warranty and Liability for Defects

Statutory warranty rights shall apply.

Any additional guarantees shall only exist if expressly granted by the Seller in writing.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer within the meaning of consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g., by post or email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.

Data Protection

The customer agrees to receive notifications and emails for advertising and informational purposes.

The Seller processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Personal data provided for the purpose of ordering (such as name, email address, and address) shall be used solely for contract fulfillment and order processing.

All data shall be treated confidentially and shall not be disclosed to third parties not involved in the order, delivery, or payment process.

Miscellaneous

The “Money-Back Guarantee” applies exclusively to the introductory treatment. Only one introductory treatment may be purchased per client.

For treatment packages, all sessions must be used within eight weeks from the start of the treatment. Two sessions per week are recommended.

For optimal results, clients are advised not to eat for 90 minutes before and after the treatment and to drink sufficient water.

Only the locations listed on this website are authorized branches of “Relax and Lose Weight,” and only the most advanced and high-quality equipment is used.

Applicable Law and Contract Language

The place of jurisdiction and performance is the registered office of the Seller.

German law shall apply, unless mandatory consumer protection regulations provide otherwise.

The contract language shall be German.
