Raphaela and Kai Seetfeld, founders of Relax and Lose Weight, combine medical expertise and advanced bioengineering to create a new standard in wellness. Raphaela, a medical doctor, spent many years working on private jets, accompanying patients worldwide to receive specialized treatments, gaining deep insight into international healthcare and preventive medicine.

Kai, a medical engineer, has dedicated his career to developing innovative biohacking devices designed to optimize the body while you relax. Together, they built successful wellness businesses in Germany before moving to Marbella, inspired by its quality of life, sunshine and commitment to well-being.

Their mission is simple: to help people transform their health safely, intelligently and sustainably — using science-backed technology that works from the inside out.
